FotoBridge Enterprise Services congratulates this year's Super Bowl teams. Both the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles organizations are valued clients of our integrated services. We are fortunate to be in a position to help these championship teams digitally preserve their visual archives and unleash their unique histories. Digitizing analog achieves not only protects valuable content, but also creates new digital assets from already owned content, enabling a myriad of possibilities.
The Philadelphia Eagles needed to organize and gain access to a vast collection of visual historical archives housed at off-site storage location. The archives included a variety of analog photo prints, slides, documents, and PR materials. The need to reduce asset access time from days to minutes in order to meet increasingly high demand for archival images and documents was a primary goal. The effort delivered approximately 130,000 newly digital assets uploaded the the team's DAM (digital asset management) system.
Most recently, The Kansas City Chiefs needed volumes of unorganized best-of-best game archives (including The Hank Young Collection) digitally preserved to fulfill a corporate commitment. The effort included metadata coding and expedited return of the physical assets, delivering over 80,000 newly digital assets within 5 weeks. The Chiefs estimated an extremely high ROI for the project, gaining new access to content for ongoing efforts.
